Returns & Lifetime Warranty

We want you to love what arrives. Every Phos product is designed, finished, and backed to a standard we stand behind completely — which is why we make returns simple and guarantee our work for life.

15-Day Returns — For Any Reason

Changed your mind? That's perfectly fine. You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund — no explanation needed, no restocking fees.

To keep it easy:

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Test-fitting a switch is completely fine — we just ask that it isn't damaged.
  • To start a return, email us at [hello@phosinterior.com] with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll issue your full refund to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].

Prefer a different finish? We're happy to arrange an exchange instead — just let us know and we'll make the swap.

Lifetime Warranty — On Every Product

We believe in our craftsmanship enough to stand behind it for as long as you own your Phos product. Every Phos product carries a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What this covers: If your product ever fails, cracks, or shows a defect in its materials or construction under normal use, we'll repair or replace it — free of charge.

What it doesn't cover: Normal cosmetic wear over time, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

To make a claim, email [hello@phosinterior.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.
