To keep the finish looking brand new, simply wipe the surface with a soft, dry cotton cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. For a lighter touch-up, a wet wipe followed by a buff with the cotton cloth works well.
Avoid harsh or abrasive chemicals (such as bleach, ammonia, or solvent-based cleaners), as these can damage the finish and plating. Stick to gentle wiping only, and your item will continue to look its best.

The SoHo Horizontal Panel Switch is the simplest upgrade you'll ever make — a perfect-fit, drop-in replacement for any standard US single-gang light switch. No special tools, no extra parts, no rewiring.
- Turn off the power at the breaker and confirm the switch is dead.
- Remove your old switch — unscrew the faceplate, then the switch, and pull it out.
- Connect the wires: attach the line (hot) and load wires to the two terminals, then the ground (green/bare copper) wire to the grounding terminal. Tighten securely.
- Mount the plate into the wall box, just like your old switch.
- Snap on the front plate until it clicks — then restore power and test.
That's it — two wires and a ground, the connections you already know, with a snap-on plate for a perfect finish.
